Creative Audio Imaging was founded in 2004. Our goal then was the same as it is now: to make on hold messaging affordable and easily accessible to small businesses and mid size companies in all industries. We currently serve businesses throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Our voice talents have an average of 15 years experience in the broadcast industry. When voicing scripts, they are skilled at projecting the unique image of a business while connecting with their target audience.

Message players may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase for any reason.
Subscription plans may be canceled anytime with 30 days advance notice. Customers who prepaid will get a prorated refund for unused months.
If a customer is dissatisfied with their single message production or voicemail greeting, we will work to correct it or issue a refund.
CD's are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and will arrive within 3-5 business days of project completion. Message players are shipped via Fedex Ground and will arrive in 5-7 business days after payment is received.
